Shaggy Straight Synthetic Hair Capless Wigs For Older Women 10 Inches

Just received this wig. I had ordered it because it comes in Large. As I take it out of the box and shake it to life. I noticed at the top back (of your head) of the wig is where the machines ended. The strips of (welt?) that hold the hair was all bunched up because when the machine stopped the process, all that extra base fabric rumpled up projecting outward. Also problem with this week is that the hair fiber material is very coarse and thick. not soft. I could returned this wig but I am a sewer and I thought I could cut away the excess base scrunched up. I did so could not return wig. I should have taken a picture but my description speaks clear. Besides, the top knot thing is now cut but you can still feel the knot
